Delivery times
In-stock orders: within 5 days inside Dhaka and within 10 days outside Dhaka.
Phone replacement
Eligible mobile phones have a 10-calendar-day replacement period from the date of receipt.
Preorders
Delivery in 20–25 days. An advance is needed, starting from BDT 3,000.
In these Terms & Conditions, “Excel Tech,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Excel Tech. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to visitors and customers using our website.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies, including our Return & Replacement Policy, Refund & Order Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Section 01
Customers must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement under applicable law. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Section 02
Excel Tech offers smartphones, gadgets, accessories, and other electronic products, including new, used, imported, and preorder items.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, condition details, warranty information, and availability.
Customers should review the product listing carefully before ordering, including its condition, specifications, included accessories, stock status, and applicable warranty.
Actual packaging, regional specifications, accessories, or minor product details may vary where appropriately disclosed in the product listing.
Section 03
Product availability may change due to sales, supplier availability, stock discrepancies, or import conditions.
If a product becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, we will inform the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including any refund due under our Refund & Order Cancellation Policy.
Section 04
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to international market conditions, supplier pricing, exchange-rate fluctuations, and other business factors. The applicable price for an accepted order will be based on the price confirmed for that transaction.
Website prices and promotional offers may differ from prices at our physical store or other sales channels.
Campaigns, discounts, and special offers are subject to their stated conditions, validity periods, and product availability. Unless otherwise specified, offers remain available only while eligible stock lasts.
If a material pricing error is discovered before an order is accepted, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order and arrange any refund due.
Section 05
Customers must provide accurate contact information, delivery addresses, and other details necessary to fulfil an order.
Orders submitted through our website are subject to verification and acceptance by Excel Tech. We may contact customers to confirm product details, availability, delivery information, or payment status.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, material listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfil the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, any refund due will be handled under our Refund & Order Cancellation Policy.
Section 06
Customers must pay the amount specified for their confirmed order using an available payment method displayed on the website.
Available methods may include online payment gateways, mobile financial services (MFS), bank transfers, cash on delivery, and other supported methods.
Online transactions are subject to the relevant payment provider's processing and verification requirements.
Where EMI is offered, eligibility, participating banks, instalment periods, minimum purchase amounts, and applicable charges are determined by the disclosed EMI terms and relevant payment provider.
Excel Tech cannot guarantee EMI approval or conversion where a transaction does not satisfy the provider's requirements.
Section 07
Our standard delivery timelines for in-stock products are:
Preordered products have a separate estimated delivery timeline of 20–25 days from the order date, as disclosed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate material updates where reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and an active contact number. Any applicable additional delivery arrangements or charges will be communicated to the customer.
Section 08
Some products are available by preorder and require an advance payment before procurement or shipment.
The required advance will be disclosed before confirmation. As a general guideline, preorder advances may start at BDT 3,000, while laptop preorders may require BDT 5,000 or more, depending on the product.
The estimated preorder delivery period is 20–25 days from the order date. Customers should review the product details, delivery estimate, advance-payment requirements, warranty availability, and other applicable conditions before confirming a preorder.
Preorder cancellation requests are not accepted during the first 25 days from the order date under our stated preorder conditions. Any cancellation or refund after that period will be handled under our Refund & Order Cancellation Policy, the confirmed order terms, and applicable law.
Preorder advances are generally non-refundable when a customer independently cancels a confirmed order, subject to the exceptions and conditions stated in our Refund & Order Cancellation Policy.
If Excel Tech cannot supply a confirmed preorder, a qualifying product fault occurs, the agreed delivery period is exceeded by more than 30 days, or another refund entitlement applies, the matter will be handled under our Refund & Order Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Section 09
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Excel Tech as soon as possible.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status and the applicable conditions for in-stock and preorder products.
Preorder cancellation requests are subject to the restrictions stated in Section 8 and our Refund & Order Cancellation Policy.
Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is due, the refund will be processed according to our Refund & Order Cancellation Policy.
Section 10
Returns and replacements are governed by our separate Return & Replacement Policy.
The following conditions apply according to that policy:
Customers should contact Excel Tech within the applicable period and provide the order details and relevant information needed to assess the claim.
An unboxing video is strongly encouraged for courier-delivered products to help verify claims involving transit damage, missing accessories, or incorrect items. Its absence does not automatically remove any rights available under applicable law.
Section 11
Refund eligibility, cancellation-related refunds, preorder advance refunds, refund methods, and processing timelines are governed by our separate Refund & Order Cancellation Policy.
Approved refunds are generally processed according to the following timelines:
The applicable processing period begins according to the conditions stated in our Refund & Order Cancellation Policy. Working days exclude weekly holidays and public holidays. Banks, card issuers, MFS providers, and other payment providers may require additional time to credit a customer's account.
Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method where practicable and supported. If that method cannot be used, Excel Tech will contact the customer to arrange an alternative method agreed upon by the customer.
Section 12
Warranty coverage varies according to the product, condition, manufacturer, supplier, and warranty terms stated at the time of purchase.
Eligible new imported phones may include an official manufacturer warranty where available. Other products may carry an Excel Tech service warranty or a separate manufacturer warranty.
The applicable warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedure should be confirmed from the product listing, invoice, or warranty documentation.
Warranty claims are assessed according to the applicable warranty terms, our published policies, and applicable law. A warranty does not automatically guarantee an immediate refund or replacement in every case.
Section 13
Customers must provide accurate information when registering an account or placing an order and are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
Excel Tech collects and uses customer information for purposes including order processing, payment verification, delivery, customer support, and other legitimate business operations.
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Any third-party service provider involved in payment processing, delivery, or other operations must handle information in accordance with the applicable arrangements and legal requirements.
Excel Tech does not authorise unrelated third-party advertising on its website.
Section 14
Customers must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operations, submit fraudulent orders, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
Website content and services may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or commercially exploited without the appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
Section 15
Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, delivery, and other operational purposes.
External websites may operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Excel Tech will take reasonable steps to use appropriate service providers and handle customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not mean Excel Tech controls those websites.
Section 16
Website content, including original text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Excel Tech or their respective owners.
Customers may not use protected materials without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Product names, trademarks, and manufacturer logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Section 17
Excel Tech will take reasonable steps to provide accurate product information, process orders properly, and maintain website availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Excel Tech is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or customer remedy where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Section 18
Excel Tech may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be published on our website with its revision date.
Changes will apply as permitted by law and will not improperly alter the rights or obligations associated with an existing order.
Section 19
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Customers are encouraged to contact Excel Tech first to resolve complaints or disputes. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the appropriate competent authority or court in Bangladesh, as permitted by law.
