Eligibility for Return / Exchange / Refund

You may request a return, exchange, or refund of a product under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (delivery date), unless otherwise specified.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards etc intact.
You must have a valid purchase receipt or invoice as proof.
The product must match what was ordered (correct model, color, specs etc).

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund in certain cases:

Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidental drop, water damage, or any form of physical damage after delivery.
The seal is broken, software or firmware installed/modified, or the product has been used.
Missing or tampered serial or warranty codes.
Consumables (e.g. batteries, screen protectors once opened), personal hygiene items, or perishable goods.
Sale or promotional items marked "final sale," unless they are defective/damaged or incorrect.

Reasons for Return / Exchange / Refund

You can request return / exchange / refund if:

Defective Product

The product delivered is defective or faulty.

Transit Damage

The product is damaged during transit.

Wrong Product

The product is incorrect (wrong model, color, specifications, or you received a different item than ordered).

Incomplete Product

The product is incomplete (missing parts, accessories etc).

Change of Mind / Unwillingness Conditions

"Change of mind" returns (i.e. you no longer want the item) may only be accepted within the return window (i.e. 7 days after delivery), and only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and meets all other eligibility criteria.

Shipping or delivery cost for "change of mind" returns is usually borne by the customer.

Return / Exchange Process

Here's how you can initiate a return, exchange, or refund:

Contact Customer Support

Contact Customer Support within the 3-days return period (10 Days for Smartphones). Provide your order number, invoice, product details, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).

Request Review

Our team will review your request & notify you whether it's approved.

Return Instructions

If approved, you'll receive instructions for returning the item. Depending on your location, we may offer pickup (within Dhaka or other serviceable areas) or you may need to ship/return via courier.

Product Inspection

On receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refunds / Replacements / Exchanges

If your return is approved, you may choose between a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. It may take 7–10 working days (or per your bank's usual timeline) to reflect in your account.
Shipping/delivery charges are refundable only if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, defective item etc). Otherwise, those costs are non-refundable.
In case replacement or exchange, this will be subject to product availability.

Warranty Claims

Products that come with warranty (manufacturer's or Excel Tech's) must adhere to the warranty policy. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or external factors like water or fire damage.

Warranty service will be handled via our service centers or authorized repair partners as per the warranty terms.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you may return under regular return policy if eligible.
Pre-orders and special orders may have different cancellation / return terms, clearly communicated at the time of order.
